Neil Dawson
Neil Dawson was born in Christchurch in 1948 and educated in Masterton and Hastings. He has a reputation for the conceptual daring and technical virtuosity of his work.
Dawson has major public works throughout New Zealand (Ferns in Wellington and Chalice in Christchurch), Australia (Diamonds suspended outside the National Gallery of Australia, Canberra), Asia and Great Britain (Wellsphere in Manchester).
He is an Arts Foundation Laureate.
